Terms of use
Last updated [date]
These terms govern your use of the Zerofuse website and interface (the “Interface”), operated by [operator legal name] (“we”). By connecting a wallet or using the Interface you agree to them.
1. What Zerofuse is
Zerofuse is a software interface for creating and trading tokens through third-party smart contracts on the Solana blockchain, including Meteora's Dynamic Bonding Curve and DAMM v2 programs. We do not operate those programs, do not hold your funds or keys, and cannot reverse, cancel or modify transactions.
2. Eligibility
- You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and able to enter a binding agreement.
- You may not use the Interface if you are located in, or a resident of, a restricted region, or if you are subject to sanctions. [List restricted regions.]
- You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax laws.
3. Your wallet and transactions
- You are solely responsible for your wallet, its keys and recovery phrase. We never ask for them.
- Every transaction is signed by you in your wallet and is final once confirmed on-chain.
- Network fees, trading fees and any anti-sniper fees are shown before you sign.
4. Tokens created with Zerofuse
- Creators are solely responsible for the tokens they launch, their names, images and descriptions, and any statements made about them.
- You may not create tokens that infringe others' rights, impersonate people or brands, or are used for fraud, market manipulation or any unlawful purpose.
- We may hide tokens from the Interface. We cannot remove them from the blockchain.
5. No advice
Nothing on the Interface is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Trust badges describe on-chain settings; they are not endorsements. See the risk disclosure.
6. Fees
Trading on Zerofuse launches carries a fee set in each launch's on-chain configuration, shared between the creator and Zerofuse. [Describe current fee schedule.]
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Interface is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for losses arising from your use of the Interface, smart contracts, blockchains, wallets or third-party services. [Have counsel adapt this section to your jurisdiction.]
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: [contact email].
